Periodic Reporting Obligations Regarding to the Ultimate Beneficial Owner. The Regulation of the Legal Entities Registry Office – Decree-Law No. 1/2024, dated 8 March – obliges all legal entities to submit updated declarations containing the list of their ultimate beneficial owners.
On 20th April, the President of the Republic of Mozambique addressed the nation to announce new measures in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic.
In the context of the pandemic situation in Mozambique, the President of the Republic of Mozambique on 25 April 2021 announced new measures to be in place for thirty (30) days counting as from 27 April 2021. The revised measures have been approved by Decree No. 24/2021, of 26 April by the Council of Ministers.

President of the Republic of Mozambique has declared a new State of Emergency nation-wide – by means of Presidential Decree No. 23/2020, of 5 August 2020 (“Decree”) – starting from 8 August up to 6 September.
