Some of the key measure worth noting are as follows:
- Beaches are closed;
- Private events limited to 30 participants or 50 (outdoor and with 2.0 meters of distance);
- Weddings and birthday parties should finish by 8 p.m.;
- Meetings and conferences are authorized limited to 50 persons;
- Funerals up to 20 participants. The limit is 10 in case the deceased was infected by CV19;
- Expired documents are deemed valid until 31 March 2021;
- Gyms, public swimming pools are suspended;
- Cultural activities (i.e. cinema, theatre, museums, etc.) are suspended; and
- Home office should be encouraged and mandatory in certain cases.
Infringement of the above-mentioned measures qualify as crime of disobedience and transgression and punished under the laws. It may attract the payment of fines and judicial proceedings.
