The Jamati institutions have worked tirelessly to assist newly arrived Ismailis in various parts of the world. It was a remarkable foresight for Mawlana Hazar Imam to anticipate that the Jamat, moving from one country to another, will also need institutional support in resolving conflicts across jurisdictions. He mandated the International Conciliation and Arbitration Board to facilitate such assistance, which is done through the National Conciliation and Arbitration Boards. This video explores issues of migration and how the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards assist Ismailis in resolving disputes across borders and when they settle in different countries.

As we look to building for the future, young people will need to navigate a complex and interconnected world – the honing of emotional intelligence is one of the most important competencies that they will need to excel. This video explores the importance of providing the young in our Jamat the skills to mediate and resolve day-to-day issues with ease and comfort, honing their emotional intelligence and internalizing the ethics of our faith in daily practice.
