The World Cities Summit (WCS) 2024, held from June 2-4 in Singapore, gathered approximately 3,500 delegates from nearly 100 cities, focusing on the theme "Liveable and Sustainable Cities: Rejuvenate, Reinvent, Reimagine." The summit facilitated significant networking opportunities, resulting in the signing of eight Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) aimed at fostering public-private partnerships to tackle urban challenges. Key discussions included innovation, climate change adaptation, and the importance of collaboration between citizens and governments.
