This week we celebrated Eid al-Adha to remember Hazrat Ibrahim´s (peace be upon him) loyalty and obedience to Allah above all others. Eid al-Adha is also known as the Festival of Sacrifice. It honors the willingness of Hazrat Ibrahim´s to sacrifice his beloved son who is believed by most Muslims to be Hazrat Ismail (peace be upon him),
as an act of obedience to God's command.
