In this series of four webinars, you will learn strategies based on cognitive behavioural therapy to cope with stressful situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic. You will learn to be aware of your thought patterns and associated emotions, of what you can and what you cannot control, and to enhance your sense of self-efficacy. You will also learn about the concepts of mindfulness, gratitude, self-compassion, and various other types of self-care to help you cope with the current crisis.
