Qualification - Graduate, MBA preferred
Experience - minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate trainer.
Job Responsibilities -
*Designing and developing training in close collaboration with variously subject matter experts
*Creating learning experiences that engage learner’s to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes.
*Mentoring and supporting new employees by ensuring a detailed induction is given and department training’s are also completed
*Should try to apply and identify, develop new potential leaders who can move into leadership roles when they become vacant
