Location - Hyderabad, Telangana
Qualification - Master’s in Rural Development, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience - 10-12 years’ experience in rural poverty alleviation or social development, with at least 5 years in training and module development for rural livelihoods. Experience with digital training platforms is a plus.
Job Responsibilities -
- Lead the design and development of training and capacity-building components, including training and mentoring of community Master Resource Persons to deliver coaching and ongoing support to rural ultra-poor households.
- Design and develop the capacity building architecture and modules for the entire TGILP programme life cycle for each participant, keeping in mind contextualised requirements of each identified district/ mandal.
- Work with the Programme Coordinator and Livelihood Specialist to design customized training, capacity-building, and coaching curriculum for specific livelihood pathways. Modules should align with participants' skill levels, blending hands-on and theoretical training, and using participatory methods to enhance engagement.

- Ambitious, energetic, and dedicated to improving marginalized communities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Telugu and English. Experience of designing training curriculum in vernacular will be an advantage
- Experience of working closely with rural grassroots communities, especially for capacity-building, social protection and rural development
