Designation - Customer Relationship Management

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - Graduate or a Post graduate

Experience - 3-4 years in Real Estate CRM

Job responsibilities -
a. Coordination with sales executive to check/verify application form with necessary KYC documentation and
approve the same in the system
b. Coordination with legal executive to get documents ready at the time of bookings, with quick turnaround time
for issuance of allotment and registration of AFS.
c. Milestone/periodic billing to the customer as per the milestone completion
d. Resolve all customer queries with regards to records, system and documentation
e. Reconciliation of payment entries
f. Ensure/verify to upload all of the non-system generated documentation (like registered AFS, signed allotment,
forms, letters, etc) on the software.
g. Ensures team responds to customer queries within agreed timelines
h. Responds to complex / difficult customer queries
i. Ensures all documents related to every customer are properly maintained

Skills required - Excellent English Communication Skills required

Salary - As per interview and experience
