Desgination - Customer Service and Administrative Associate

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - Graduate 

Experience - Minimum 3 years experience into Customer Service

Job responsibilities - 
- Make outbound/ attend inbound customer calls & respond to emails and chat
- Handle customer queries and requests related to product sales
- Coordinate with stores and warehouse to fulfill customer return and exchange requests
- Provide admin and logistic support for the online retail department as needed

Skills required - 
- Excellent customer service and communications skills (written & fluent verbal English)
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel and able to create and analyse reports
