Qualification - B. Ed/MA(Education)/M.Ed with professional upgradation workshops conducted by Cambridge or IB. "5 years of professional work experience with children and parents for the 6-12 years age group +
Experience - 5 years of volunteer experience with Religious Education Centers (PTEP/FST/TE/Teacher)
Job responsibilities -
* Design curricular support materials for the age group of 6-12 years
*Develop content for and delivery of teacher training programs and upgradation (CPD) as well as parental engagement for volunteer teachers.
*Oversee the administration of the Primary level in RECs across India
*Undertake RECs visits across India to ensure effective delivery of curriculum and appropriate utilization of curricular support resources
*Manage performance to attain benchmarks of quality and access, and analyze all programs and activities to identify gaps and opportunities and make recommendations as appropriate
*Develop and deliver training programs for stakeholders associated with the REC
*Extend support to regions to ensure effective delivery of primary curriculum
*Preparing reports for and strategizing with the Board Member
*Review and redesign quality assurance processes and ensure effective implementation
*Support the Executive Officer in developing strategic plans, annual objectives and budgets
*Monitor effective implementation of annual operating plans and budgets
*Liaise with other departments at ITREB for specific projects
*Develop effective liaison with international partner institutions to source resources and faculty to develop and deliver content for Primary level
*Deliver on special projects assigned by Office Bearers/Executive Officer

*Effective management skills (planning, organising and delivering) to ensure all work is delivered as per timelines
