Mental health is an area of upmost importance in today's world. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress efficiently.

 

Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence and throughout adulthood.
 
According to the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation report for 2017, a total of, 792 million people lived with a mental health disorder. This is slightly more than one in ten people globally (10.7%).
