Location - Hyderabad, Telangana
Qualification - Master's in Rural Development, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related Social Sciences,
Experience - With 10-12 years in rural poverty alleviation or social development. At least 5 years must be focused on programs with tribal communities/PVTGs.
Job Responsibilities -
- Under the guidance of the Programme Coordinator, map and identify the PVTGs in the five programme districts, and their current livelihoods and resource base.
- Work with the Technical Specialists (Livelihoods and Training & Capacity Building) to train MRPs in participatory assessment methods. Enable MRPs to identify livelihood strategies for PVTGs that respect their unique traditions and culture.
- Build understanding among the programme team on the priority need to map and document traditional
practices of PVTGs, and how these could be aligned with livelihood enhancement initiatives being designed.
- Working closely with the Technical Specialist (Training and Capacity Building) design training, capacity building and coaching curriculum tailor-made to the specific livelihood pathways identified for PVTGs.

- Experience in applying strong interpersonal skills to support teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and multicultural environment.
- The candidate should have excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Telugu (spoken and
written) will be an advantage.
