Aga Khan Hostel Hyderabad - Residential Admin Assistant

Location - Hyderabad

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the facility management services.
  • Candidates with Engineering/ Technical background will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities - 

  • Responsible to fill the daily admin check list of daily class room, dorm cleaning check list.
  • Responsible for transport management including arrival & dispersal management. Support staff deployment & utilization, monthly maintenance of sumps, overhead tanks as per schedule.
  • Supervise housekeeping and assist with catering supervision at the time of cooking food, maintenance of kitchen ensuring high standards for each.
  • Look after the ongoing construction/ technical work and be responsible for quality output
  • Upkeep & maintenance of all equipment/ instruments/ accessories/ facility devices
