Experience - 3-5 years experience into Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
Job reponsibilities -
1. Managing customer relationship & retainer ship models
2. Promoting schemes & offers on the net
3. Managing all leads generated thru e commerce
4. Managing production, billing & logistics of e commerce business
5. Promotion & branding of business portal on Facebook, Instagram etc.
6. Collaborating with Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, Swiggy, Scootsy, Uber eats etc.
7. Meeting customers expectations by recommending changes to product or services and websites.
8. Administering and supervising web merchandising team to accomplish the company target.
9. Developing strategies to make recommendations for best investment tactics for each department.
10. Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.
11. Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
12. Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
13. Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability.
14. Proficient with Microsoft office Applications, MS Access and others.
Skills required - Excellent English Communication Skills required
