Qualification - Any Graduate
Experience - minimum 6 months to 5years of experience in HR
Job Responsibilities -
1. END TO END CORE HR ACTIVITIES Employee relations
2. Having a telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them from HR point of view.
3. To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.
4. Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management.
5. Oversee all aspects of Human Resources.
6. Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines Miscellaneous
7. The candidate will be responsible to screen candidates, assess their skills and guide them through the onboarding process.
