Qualification - Engineering Diploma with Material Management Certificate
Experience - minimum 4 years in similar role
Job Responsibilities -
1. Vendor Management, Sourcing Raw materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
2. Maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. Good relationship with clients.
3. Material sourcing, buying goods materials and services.
4. Tracking deliveries of goods and services to ensure timely delivery.
5. Researching and evaluating potential suppliers.
6. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
7. Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
8. Review deliveries against the orders.
9. Track the status of any orders.
10. Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
11. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
