Qualification - 12th Pass
Experience - 6 months of experience in recruiting
Job Responsibilities -
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, work on the requirements (mandates) (Non -IT)
- Should have a keen eye for finding relevant profiles.
- Coordinating /Follow up with candidates.
- Maintain the database of the candidates
- Prepare the MIS of the monthly recruitment action
- Strive to achieve the target within the stipulated time
