AKESI - Executive Assistant/ Business Analyst

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - BMS, BBA or MBA preferred

Experience - Minimum 3 years’relevant experience with a proven record of accomplishment of assisting professionals holding senior management positions

Job Responsibilities - 

• Track key developments (strategic, statutory, business models) in Education Industry and keep CEO
abreast of matters of relevance to AKESI.
• Prepare documents, briefing/proposal papers, reports and presentations for internal and external
stakeholders.
• Assist in conducting research and data analysis on matters impacting the organization, as assigned by
the CEO.
• Prepare agendas, related correspondence, background material and briefing notes for meetings and
take minutes; ensure follow up with concerned persons for closure of action points.
• Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including the drafting of general replies, and where
required, handle independent correspondence with internal and external contacts.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including workflow planning and coordination of schedules with the Heads
of Department for project based work.
• Maintain an effective system of record management to ensure timely retrieval of required documents and
information.
• Coordinate events, conferences and special projects as requested.
• Coordinate various activities among Central Office, Head of Schools, Heads of Departments and
external stakeholders.
• Providing assistance to cross functional department for collating important information.
• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure utmost confidentiality and integrity of operations.
