Role - Career Counsellors (Part Time)
Location - Gujarat and Mumbai
Qualification - Masters Degree in Career Counselling or Psychology, or a professional career counselling course with the accreditation of a trained career counsellor
Experience - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Career Counselling and Education Mentorship Field.
Skills Required -
1. Provide on-going individual career related guidance and counselling to students and parents
2. Design, develop and maintain content of Career programs
3. Common Tasks will include-
* Counselling should not be transaction based counselling (one time activity) - It has to be outcome based.
*Co-ordinate with regions and core team members for programs and reports
.*To provide individual counselling when required
* Prepare detail plan of action for each career program
*Maintain regular follow up with students via one on one counselling and keep a digital track record
*Prepare quarterly and yearly status reports with the portfolio in-charge
*Prepare yearly budgets for various career program with the help of portfolio in charge and regions
* Liaison with regions for implementation of career programs at various hostels.
