Qualification - Graduate or a Post graduate
Experience - Minimum 3-4 years experience into Real Estate Sales
Skills Required -
*Candidates should have good command on English language
*Candidates should be open working on Field
Job Responsibilities -
a. New lead generation through defined communication channels
b. Timely servicing of leads assigned
c. Ensuring assigned leads are converted into customer visits at site
d. Ensures achievement of sales as per monthly/quarter/annual plans
e. Closes sales bookings with customers
f. Proposes schemes to reduce slow moving inventory / facilitate fast movement of inventory
