Qualification - Graduate or a Post graduate
Experience - Minimum 2 years exp into Project Management, Training
Job responsibilities -
1. To drive all the programs with the help of Regional Chairman, Regional Secretary and Regional portfolio members as and when needed
2. To monitor and review activities at the grass roots level through regular meetings/visits with the LHBs, and visits (virtual and in-person) to each of the committees in the region.
3. To support and advise the volunteers at the LHB level and liaison with the volunteers of the RHB in the region.
4. To assist in program development and develop materials for the same (such as Manuals, Training modules, AV material, etc.)
5. To assist in carrying out health advisory, facilitation, and other activities for various typesof health concerns.
6. To offer logistical and administrative support as required: e.g., facilitate translations,registrations, printing, training, and meeting needs.
7. Ensure smooth functioning of LHBs/HCs by providing appropriate and timelyadministrative assistance and materials on time.
8. To oversee the activities of accounts etc., in RHB office and requisition and disbursement of grants.
