The International Conciliation and Arbitration Board (ICAB) recently completed its third instalment of the train-the-trainer programme, resulting in the addition of 17 Ismaili volunteers across eight countries to serve as certified trainers in conciliation and arbitration. ICAB’s global faculty now consists of 55 certified trainers from diverse backgrounds and professions, including professional mediators, conflict management trainers and coaches, lawyers, academics, former judges, as well as health, IT, and business professionals.
