Lockdown can sometimes make our moods fluctuate so it is extremely important to try to have a positive state of mind with our mental health. Meditation is a really useful skill and a helpful technique especially during these challenging times. If you are feeling slightly overwhelmed, then you might want to watch “Yoga With Adriene” on YouTube. She has some exceptional yoga and breathing technique videos. These videos can bring plenty of benefits, including relieving any anxiety and giving you peace of mind from the uncertainty you may be experiencing. So take some time to unwind, find a quiet space and take some time to focus on you whilst also getting your daily dose of exercise.
