ITREB UK invites applications for the role of Administrative Officer (AO). They will report to the Executive Officer, and be responsible for developing, maintaining and managing an efficient and effective Secretariat office. They will also be accountable for all administrative operations. The AO plays a key role in supporting ITREB to fulfil its Constitutional mandate through managing and monitoring resources and performance to ensure all activities are on schedule and within approved budget, and by being the first line of support to key volunteers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be a professional with 2-5 years of experience in operations management preferably in an education or non-profit context. An undergraduate degree in management, business administration, education administration or related field is a minimum requirement. A background in education, Islamic Studies, and/or an accounting designation would be an asset but not a prerequisite.
