The pre-primary children from Dar-at-Ta’lim classes volunteered in support of the most vulnerable.

Portuguese

The Dar-at-Ta’lim school aims to promote, in its students, values, social awareness, critical thinking and creativity, always in accordance with the ethics of Islam.

Through examples and stories, during the second term, 4 and 5-year-olds learned about the personality, character and values of Prophet Muhammad, namely respect, kindness, generosity and justice.

To help reinforce these very important values in our students, Dar-at-Ta'lim organized, on March 5th, a volunteering initiative with the organization Noor Fatima, for pre-primary 1 and 2.

Games and engaging activities were developed, based on concepts such as volunteering, the value of teamwork, generosity, and sharing. In the spirit of the values of Islam, the students, with the help of their families, brought clothes and toys and wrapped these gifts to be offered to children supported by Noor Fatima.

In case you weren't able to participate, kindly stay tuned for our updates and join us next time.

A special thank you to the team of volunteers from Noor Fatima and to all the parents and volunteer teachers involved in the program.
