The exhibition, which will be open from November 25th to March 6th 2023, takes as its starting point the imaginary around that mythical figure that is the pharaoh and takes a 5000-year journey to contemporary Egyptian art.

The exhibition brings together around 250 works coming from different collections and European museums - from the British Museum, the Louvre, Museo Egizio in Turin, among others - and brings together veritable treasures of antiquity, medieval illuminary, documents, but also includes video, pop music and advertising.

“Faraos Superstar” has a rich program and, in parallel, includes workshops, a cinema cycle and a holiday workshop for the kids, just in time for the fast-approaching Christmas holidays.

To ensure greater and better accessibility for everyone, a visual accessibility program was designed, with tactile stations, and the pedagogical videos are interpreted in Portuguese Sign Language.

Don't miss this unique opportunity for a wonderful journey through ancient Egypt!
