YOUTH/ ADULT FOOTBALL

Team sports offer a multitude of benefits for everyone.

Sports activities, such as football, increase social interaction, encourage teamwork, companionship, compliance with rules and even teach you how to deal with victories and defeats.

PADEL

It is difficult to find a team sport that has so many fans of both sexes and with such a wide age range (from 5/6 to 80). This is one of the most interesting features of the sport, which is often played in the family. Ease of learning is another advantage, as it is possible to exchange balls and dispute points from the first experience.

KID POWER

The Kid Powet activity has returned!

The activity is divided into two moments:

  • The first one, from 11:30am to 12:15pm, is aimed for the little ones up to 6 years old.
  • The second one, from 12:15pm to 01:00pm, is aimed for children from 6 to 12 years old.

Physical exercise must be integrated into children's lives to create a foundation of movement and activity that will be carried with them for the rest of their lives.

Physical activity is essential for a child's development. It helps lay the foundations for an active and healthy life.

FIT GIRLS

Youth & Sports, in partnership with Circle, invites all women to participate in the classes that we have prepared specially for them, every Sunday from 12:00pm to 12:45pm.

Circle is specialist in movement and motor locomotion and its the goal is to help you in a practical and functional way to meet your goals and recover your strength, mobility, dexterity and flexibility that are part of us as human.

SWIMMING

Every Sunday, from 12:00pm to 01:00pm, children older than 6 years old, can join our swim instructors to improve their skills. For now, you do not need to register, but please arrive 10 minutes early to make the most out of the lesson.

We also have lanes for free swimming, from 12:00pm to 01:30pm, for anyone older than 11 years old.

Come and join us at any time!

MY STRETCH

To avoid muscle pain, risk of injury or loss of flexibility / mobility we have a time dedicated to stretching at 12:15pm, in front of the tennis court.
