My Golden Events (in synergy with ITREB)
On the latest My Golden Events program, held on July 15th, seniors participated in a yoga session with teacher Paula Roque.
On the July 29th, a dance session with teacher Ana Santos will take place.
Active Memory
In last week’s Active Memory program, held on July 19th, seniors shared childhood stories, recalling what they lived at that time, with the aim of stimulating memory, language and perception. They also participated in physical activities.
Senior Choir
Senior choir sessions continue taking place every Wednesday, through the Zoom platform.
IT classes
IT classes take place on Saturdays.
English classes
Basic English classes take place every Wednesday and intermediate English on Fridays.
