Active Memory

On February 7th, the Active Memory program session featured memory exercises and the sharing of a video about gratitude for life.

My Golden Events

The February 3rd My Golden Events session, was guided by the yoga teacher Paula Roque.

Yoga stands out for meditation and breathing exercises. These help to lower stress and anxiety levels and, at the same time, to lower blood pressure.

The next session, to be held on February 17th, will be hosted by coach Nadiya Manji from Calgary.

Shanti Project

On February 1st, the last session of the first cycle of Shanti Project took place, with the theme: "Living in Peace".

All sessions were conducted by Dr. Vítor Fragoso, psychologist and psychotherapist.

Choir (in synergy with External Relations, Arts & Culture - ERAC)

Choir classes will temporarily take place in a hybrid format (online and in person), on Tuesdays.

English classes

Basic English classes take place every Wednesday and Intermediate English on Fridays.

Basic English conversation classes have already started on Fridays.

Elderly Gym Class

Senior gym classes take place on Tuesdays and Fridays, in Lisbon and Oeiras, and on Thursdays, in Seixal.

Physical exercise (in synergy with Youth & Sports)

Walks, followed by stretching exercises, take place every Sunday at INATEL, from 10:00am to 01:00pm.

IT Classes

IT Classes take place on Wednesdays.
