- My Golden Events
On the December 3rd, the My Golden Events session was conducted by Dr. Eugénia Graça with the theme: "Fun Mind". Riddles, mental exercise, music and dance were part of the program.
- Active Memory
In the Active Memory program of December 7th, seniors participated in physical and mental exercises. The session also featured entertainment videos.
- Choir (in synergy with External Relations, Arts & Culture - ERAC)
Jamat seniors continue participating in the senior choir every Tuesday through the Zoom platform.
- IT Session
IT lessons for beginners take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
- English classes
Basic English classes take place every Wednesday and intermediate English on Fridays.
- Elderly Gym Class
Senior gym classes take place on Tuesdays and Fridays, in Lisbon and Oeiras, and on Wednesdays, in Seixal.
