Taking into account the current recommendations of the Health Authorities (DGS), the following preventive measures should be taken by the members of the Jamat in order to prevent the spread and an increase in cases of COVID-19:
- At the entrance of the Ismaili Centre and Jamatkhanas, the orientations given by the volunteers must be followed;
- Children aged 10 years and over must wear a certified community mask or surgical mask;
- Children must always be accompanied by their parents;
- All Jamati members must have the mask correctly placed;
- Hand sanitizer must be applied at the entrance of the Ismaili Centre and Jamatkhanas, and before entering to the Prayer Hall or other Halls, right after removing the shoes.
- Before, during and after religious ceremonies, a physical distance of 2 meters must be maintained and crowding within and around the perimeter of the Ismaili Centre and Jamatkhanas must be avoided;
- People who have already been vaccinated with two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine should continue taking the same preventive measures, as the vaccine increases the immune response and protects against serious and lethal disease, but it does not guarantee that people cannot be infected by SARS-COV-2.
We humbly ask the Jamat to comply with these measures so that together we can celebrate Imamat Day 2021 in safety!
