Measures already in place that was just reinforced:
• Mandatory use of face mask in public and private establishments and institutions as well as on public street.
• Civic duty of home enclosure from 22H00 to 05H00.
• Sanitary fence in Luanda province.
• Parties, weddings, birthday celebrations, etc., can only be done at home and with a maximum of 15 PAX.
• Night clubs and beaches still closed.
Main modifications:
• Administrative public services with 50% of work force.
• Administrative private services with 75% of work force.
• Individual practice of sports now from 05H30 to 07H30 and 17H30 to 19H30.
• Prohibition of spectators on federated sporting activities.
• Comercial activities (supermarkets, shops, etc.) work until 20H00.
• Restaurants work until 20H00, with take away allowed until 22H00. Prohibition of dance floors at restaurants.
• Street market and street sale until 16H00.
• Recreational, cultural and amusement activities (museums, theaters, etc.) until 20H00.
• Funerals, whose death is not by Covid-19, allowed with a maximum of 15 PAX.
• Funerals, whose death is by Covid-19, allowed with a maximum of 5 PAX.
Increase of fines:
• 15.000,00 AKZ to 20.000,00 AKZ for not using the facemask.
• 250.000,00 AKZ to 350.000,00 AKZ for leaving Luanda province without a Covid-19 test with negative result.
• 350.000,00 AKZ to 450.000,00 AKZ for being tested positive and fail to comply with home or institutional isolation.
• 250.000,00 AKZ to 350.000,00 AKZ for those who fail to do home quarantine after coming from abroad.
• 400.000,00 AKZ to 500.000,00 AKZ for conduction a party, wedding, birthday celebration, etc., in a place that is not considered as home/residence.
