Ismaili CIVIC is a global initiative under which our community has united around its centuries-old tradition of serving humanity by volunteering to improve the quality of life in the communities in which we live.
On 26 September 2021, Global Ismaili CIVIC Day was celebrated around the world, bringing together tens of thousands of volunteers - both old and young - in collaboration with civil society partners, to benefit millions of people around the world.
During the month of September two actions will take place in Portugal:
- Blood Donation Campaign, which will take place on September 10th from 9.30am at the Ismaili Centre, Lisbon, in partnership with the Instituto Português do Sangue e da Transplantação.

- Beach Cleaning Action of the Dafundo and Cruz Quebrada beaches, on September 25th, from 10am, and will take place in partnership with the Liga para a Proteção da Natureza (LPN).
