My dear brothers and sisters,
First of all, I would like to wish all members of the Angola Jamat a warmth and heartfelt Salgirah Mubarak.
Today we celebrate the 84th (eighty-fourth) Anniversary of our beloved Mawlana Hazar Iman. On this auspicious occasion we pray for the good health and we wish our beloved Imam the greatest happiness.
In the last 6 decades, Mawlana Hazar Imam has been tirelessly dedicated to the material and spiritual progress of his Murids in the four corners of the world.
This celebration of Salgirah is an opportunity for all of us to reflect on our lives, our individual connection with the Imam and also to express and reiterate our love, devotion and loyalty to the Imam-of-the-Time.
This year we will celebrate Salgirah differently, but not less felt, in union with our families and with the possibility of holding religious celebrations in the Jamatkhanas in Angola, namely in Luanda and Lobito.
Inshallah the pandemic will pass, but until then we must be very careful and comply with all the safety rules of the Angolan health authorities, such as the use of masks, the constant disinfection of the hands and social distance.
One last word of Thank You to our volunteer corps, whose work has been tireless and fundamental for the safety and comfort of the entire Jamat.
