Healthy Hints

Choose lower fat yoghurt such as 1% or 2% fat. No need to go fat-free; remember you need some fat in your diet to absorb fat-soluble vitamins, and you also get vitamins A and D from dairy fat. If you have diabetes, you may want to replace the sugar with a sugar substitute, or you could add only one teaspoon of sugar instead of three. Serve with a meal to help your blood glucose to rise more slowly.

Ingredients

Ingredients

100 g (3.5 oz) natural yoghurt
