Light and crunchy spicy summer rolls are the perfect menu item for summer get-togethers and potlucks! This crowd-pleasing appetizer consists of crunchy fresh vegetables wrapped in rice paper sheets and dipped in a spicy sauce flavoured with ginger and chilli. Summer rolls are staples of Southeast Asian cuisines and can easily be whipped up at home as well.
