The program started with early morning jamatkhana.  The participants took part in the rites and rituals of morning jamatkhana. Later the group went to a three Star Hotel, Nascent Gardenia, to enjoy the breakfast followed by session on Stress Management and Ethics and Values.  The sessions were conducted by Alwaeza Habiba Jetha, who is a professional Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She had come to Dhaka from India.          

To make the session interesting and enjoyable, the participants also played various games related to stress relief and stress management.

The topics were carefully selected keeping in mind the challenges and issues faced by youth and the expertise of the presenter.
