Experience -
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of library administration and cataloguing.
- Knowledge of library Management/
Job Responsibilities -
- Maintain a systematic catalogue of library books for ease of sourcing and retrieval.
- Make recommendations to add new titles in the library.
- Ensure regular updation of the catalogue for new arrivals of books.
- Ensure the proper mechanism for recording of the books issued / received.
- Ensure library materials are securely maintained, especially the confidential documents available with the library.
- Implement best practices of the other library in ITREB Library Management System.
- Scan and file relevant articles from newspapers and other sources related to Islam, education, management and any other relevant topics; and ensure proper filing of the articles.
