Qualification - Any graduate
Experience - Professional or personal experience in dealing with issues of poverty and/or family distress.
Skills Required -
- Excellent command of English & Gujarati language
- Comfort with mobile technology for data gathering
- Practices absolute discretion and has the ability to handle sensitive information
- Engages with Jamat professionally and cordially
- Works effectively and collaboratively in teams
- Practices self-care and knows personal limits
- Can accommodate a non-traditional work week, including working evenings and weekends
- Can participate in mandatory on-site Family Mentor training, as and when organized by the National Council & Central office team.
