Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience - 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the events, video shoot, or BTL campaigns industry
Job Responsibilities -
• Identify potential clients and market opportunities in events, video shoot and BTL campaigns through research and networking efforts
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue in these areas
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the events, video production, and BTL teams to develop customized solutions for clients that meet their specific needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress towards revenue targets
Skills Required -
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of events, video production, and BTL industry trends and best practices
