In a rare opportunity, the Champalimaud Foundation hosts the first retrospective of the painter Armanda Passos (1944-2021) in the form of a tribute to her life dedicated to giving voice to women and their importance in the arts. Keep on reading for all the details.

Graduated from the Porto Superior School of Fine Arts, she began her mission to celebrate women, through her oil paintings, in 1976. Since then, her works have graced a wide variety of private and public collections in numerous countries.

Her paintings, which form huge panels of meters and meters full of colour, feeling and intensity, now see the light of day in an unique exhibition that you can visit until December 31, 2022, at the Champalimaud Foundation, from Monday to Saturday, from 12:00pm to 20:00pm, and admission is free.
