Designation - HR Executive

Location - Mumbai

Designation - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology or related field

Experience - Minimum 3-5 years exp into Human Resource

Job Responsibilties - 

 Ensure all on boarding formalities (pre & on joining) are executed timely
 Prepare an induction plan for all new joinees
 Orient & hand-hold new joinees on the HR policies
 Complete all documentation for payroll processing
Personnel & Policy
 Ensure all staff personnel files are updated
 Ensure all staff are aware of the HR policies applicable to their level
 Ensure maintenance of personnel files of all staff
 Ensure effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet the
institutional current and future workforce requirements
 Maintain a database of professionals for various positons
 Identify training needs for staff and accordingly identify appropriate
programs for their development
 Coordinate for ensuring program completion and gather post training
feedback to ensure programs can be strengthened.
 Maintain and track training budget
 Facilitate the annual goal setting process at the start of the year
 Initiate completion of appraisal processes as per defined timelines
 Analyze the inputs so as to work on development plans for the staff
 Design and implement engagement activities to ensure staff satisfaction
 Ensure overall upkeep and maintenance of office premises
 Assist in any other HR activities originating from time to time
 Manage all National Board Meetings
 Liaise with National Board Members & Regional / Local Chairmen on
behalf of the Office Bearers
 Support in the annual volunteer appointment process
 Maintain a database of volunteers for various positons
 Take on special assignments given by the Office Bearers

Skills required - 
 Proven ability in managing day-to-day HR planning and operational activities.
 Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, team player,
managing conflicts
 Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
 Ability to adapt to constant change, act as positive change agent within the organization
 Ability to make decisions and operate with minimal supervision
 Possessing high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and
well under pressure
