Designation - Operations Executive

Qualification - Graduate or a Post Graduate
Experience - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Operations Executive
Skills Required -
• Ability to handle client interactions with positivity, empathy and a calm demeanour
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
• Candidate must be comfortable with client interaction via video-calls (Zoom or Google Meet)
Job Responsibilities -
• Client on boarding and account opening for company and for partner platforms for mutual funds and for stocks
• Ensuring compliance for all clients with RIA regulation – including but not limited to CKYC, Risk profiling, signing of advisory agreements, maintenance of record and updating of all data to CRM system.
• Creation of monthly invoices for all client’s basis portfolio data and tracking of fee collection
• Use of Transaction platform for account opening, input of trades and ensuring settlement
• Coordination with RTA and other partners to resolve queries related to reverse feeds, financial and non-financial transactions
• Bulk upload of transactions and other data to various software platforms
• Managing escalations and ensuring early resolution of complaints
• Regular reporting and MIS to management
