Savour...Every....Mouthful! This week the Aga Khan Health Board UK have put together a tasty mindfulness exercise for you. Mindfulness helps us to push the pause button, slow things down and truly savour the moment. Mindful eating can help us to really enjoy our food and appreciate it.
