قَبْلَ سَبْعَةٍ وَسِتِّينَ عاماً، في الحادي عشر من تموز من العام 1957، خَلَفَ مولانا الإمامُ الحاضِرُ جَدَّهُ، مولانا السُّلطان محمد شاه، بصفته الإمامَ الوارثَ التَّاسِعَ وَالأَرْبَعِينَ لِلمُسْلِمِينَ الشِّيعة الإسماعيليين.
تَماشِيًا مع تَقْليدِ القِيادَةِ الإسلاميَّةِ منذ 1400 عامٍ، والذي يَشْمَلُ جميعَ تَفَاسِيرِ الإسلامِ، قامَ مولانا الإمامُ الحاضِرُ بتَوجِيهِ مُرِيدِيهِ في مَسَائِلِ الإِيمَانِ وعَمِلَ بلا كَلَلٍ لِتَحْسِينِ نَوْعِيَّةِ وأَمْنِ حَيَاتِهِمْ ويشملُ هذا الاهتمام الإِسْمَاعِيلِيِّينَ وكُلِّ مَنْ يُشَارِكهُمْ حَيَاتَهُمْ – مَحَلِّيًّا ووَطَنِيًّا ودَوْلِيًّا
إنَّ رُؤْيَةَ مولانا الإمامِ الحاضِرِ، فضلاً عن القُدْرَةِ المُؤَسَّساتِيَّةِ للإمامةِ على تَحْفِيزِ التنميةِ البشريةِ، قد تَمَّ الاعترافُ بها على نِطاقٍ واسعٍ من قِبَلِ الحُكوماتِ والمنظَّماتِ الدوليةِ ومؤسَّساتِ المجتمعِ المدنيِّ. واليوم، تُعَزِّزُ العلاقاتُ المُميَّزَةُ للإمامةِ الإسماعيليةِ مع العديدِ من هؤلاء قُدْرَتَها على المُسَاهَمَةِ في التنميةِ البشريةِ على نِطاقٍ عالميٍّ.
ومِنْ خلالِ قيادةِ وتوجيهاتِ إمامِ الزمانِ، تَمَكَّنَتِ الجماعةُ مِنَ الاستجابةِ بفعاليَّةٍ لِمُخْتَلِفِ التحدِّياتِ، والظُّهورِ كَمُجْتَمَعٍ مَرِنٍ. واليومَ، تُقَدِّمُ جماعتُنا ومؤسَّساتُها، تحتَ القيادةِ الحكيمةِ لمولانا الإمامِ الحاضرِ، مُسَاهَمَاتٍ كبيرةٍ للمُجْتَمَعاتِ التي تعيشُ فيها.
إِنَّ يَوْمَ الإِمَامَةِ هُوَ مُنَاسَبَةٌ لَنَعِيدَ تَأْكِيدَ وَلَائِنَا وَامْتِنَانَنَا لِمَوْلَانَا الإِمَامِ الْحَاضِرِ عَلَى إِحْسَانِهِ وَتَوْجِيهَاتِهِ، وِتَجْدِيدِ التَزَامُنَا بِأَخْلَاقِيَّاتِ الإِيمَانِ. بِمُنَاسَبَةِ الذِّكْرَى السَّابِعَةِ وَالسِّتِّينَ لِتَوْلِي مَوْلَانَا الإِمَامِ الْحَاضِرِ الإِمَامَةَ الإِسْمَاعِيلِيَّةَ، يَتَقَدَّمُ موقعُ الإِسْمَاعِيلِي بِأَحْرِ التَّمَنِّيَاتِ بِيَوْمِ الإِمَامَةِ لِجَمِيعِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ الإِسْمَاعِيلِيِّينَ فِي جَمِيعِ أَنْحَاءِ الْعَالَمِ
