In this series of four webinars, you will learn strategies based on cognitive behavioural therapy to cope with stressful situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic. You will learn to be aware of your thought patterns and associated emotions, of what you can and what you cannot control, and to enhance your sense of self-efficacy.
