ITREB - Program Officer

Location - Nagpur, Maharashtra, India

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - Minimum with 2+ years of work experience.

Job Responsibilities - 

  • Administration: Manage office operations of the region; Organize and attend regional Board Meetings; Support office bearers to prepare presentations; Prepare Jamatkhana announcements as required; Attend to all correspondence.
  • Program Delivery: Support implementation of programs at regional and local levels; Ensure that program reports are prepared, analyzed and submitted on time.
  • Financial: Support to develop regional/local budgets and monitor approved budgets; submit all financial reports as required on a timely basis; Maintain regional/local accounts;
  • Consolidate all invoices and bills for transmission to HO on a monthly basis.
  • RBD: Ensure smooth operations of regional book depots.
  • Other: Any other tasks/assignments given by National and Regional Boards and EO within the purview of ITREB, India
  • Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding of all institutional records.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Skills Required - 

  • Experience managing volunteers will be considered an asset.
  • Proven ability in managing day-to-day operational activities.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to act as positive change agent within the organization.
  • Possessing high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, ability to work hard and smart.
  • Familiarity with the Jamati organization.
  • Commitment to leadership and diversity
