Job Responsibilities -
- Making outbound calls to potential clients to fix appointment for the team
- Responding to inbound calls from potential customers
- Providing information about the company
- Qualify prospects by asking open-ended questions to determine their relevance
- Fix appointments for the team to meet with qualified prospects
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, appointment and conversions
- Updating client information and reporting it to the company
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
- 100 calls to be done in a day.
Skills Required -
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be proactive
- Prior Experience in Tele calling
