ITREB - HR and Admin Manager

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resources, or related field with 3 – 5 years of experience.
  • Proven ability in managing day-to-day HR planning and operational activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, team player, managing conflicts.
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to constant change, act as positive change agent within the organization
  • Ability to make decisions and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Possessing high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities - 

Induction
Ensure all on boarding formalities (pre and on joining) are executed timely.
-Prepare an induction plan for all new joiners.
-Orient and hand-hold new joiners on the HR policies.
-Complete all documentation for payroll processing.

Personnel & Policy Administration
-Maintain and update all staff personnel files.
-Ensure staff are aware of the HR policies applicable to their level.
-Ensure effective budget planning and execution.
-Timely renewal of staff accidental/medical policies

Staffing
-Ensure effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet the institutional current and future workforce.
requirements
-Maintain database of job applications, and other enquiries addressed to the institution.

Training
-Identify training needs for staff and accordingly identify appropriate programs for their development.
-Ensure completion of training on time and gather post training feedback for evaluation.
-Encourage and assist staff with their professional development.

Performance Management
-Facilitate the annual goal setting process at the start of the year.
-Initiate timely completion of appraisal processes as defined by the institution.
-Analyze the inputs so as to work on development plans for the staff Employee Engagement:
-Design and implement strategies for staff engagement welfare & up gradation activities (monthly and
annually) as applicable.

Administration & other activities
-Ensure overall upkeep and maintenance of office premises.
-Assist in any other HR activities originating from time to time.

Support to Office Bearers
-Organize and manage the National Board Meetings and annual Regional programs.
-Liaise with National Board Members & Regional / Local Chairmen on behalf of the Office Bearers
-Handling special work assignments given by the Office Bearers
-Maintain database of volunteers for future need
-Any task assigned by Office Bearers and/or Executive Officer.
